Engineering and Computing Giving Week allows alumni, students, employees, and friends to come together and make a meaningful and lasting impact for our university.
With your support, the Department of Information Systems is able to provide an environment where our students and faculty flourish as high-achieving researchers, scientists, designers and community partners.
Every gift matters and truly makes a difference. Giving Week is an opportunity to remember the faculty and staff who helped you on your current journey, the friends you made that shaped your future and the experiences that have helped you achieve your personal and professional goals.
We are supporting several initiatives this week. First is the department's general operating fund that provides immediate financial support for our students and faculty. The second is continuing our goal to increase the number of students able to travel to conferences to present their research, network with industry professionals and seek employment opportunities in the public and private sectors. Lastly, this year the department is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the first Human-Centered Computing Ph.D. graduates. The program continues to grow and last year, we awarded the most Ph.D. degrees ever. A gift in their honor will help continue this amazing program.
Thank you for ensuring our students and faculty have the unlimited opportunities they need for success by making a gift during Engineering and Computing Giving Week!
